Role Overview
Develop and orchestrate strategic marketing plans for Western Europe
Lead generation and campaign management
Strategic management of bidder and seller marketing
Actively shape the digital transformation of the industry
Build and maintain networks in an international environment
Support Central Functions and other Country Marketing Managers
Requirements
2–3 years' experience in performance marketing
Proven track record in campaign management (Meta, LinkedIn)
Experience with CRM systems (ideally Bloomreach)
Understanding of B2B sales processes
Experience in public relations/press work
Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
Strong analytical skills
Excellent stakeholder management
Fluent in at least one of French, Spanish or Italian (proficiency in two or more languages is a plus); very good English skills and ability to communicate in German
