Introduce Saltz to chefs, restaurant owners, F&B managers and convince them to start placing orders using the platform
Own a portfolio of restaurant and other HoReCa accounts, your job is to grow them, not just maintain them
Visit clients regularly: walk the kitchen, understand their challenges, find where Saltz can do more for them
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by asking the right questions and listening carefully
Build relationships with the people who matter, chefs, GMs, procurement teams, so they think of you as a trusted advisor
Work closely with the teams to turn client feedback into actionable input for the platform
Drive growth by keeping as many accounts as possible actively ordering
Represent Saltz at industry events, trade visits, and in-person meetings where your HoReCa credibility opens doors
Requirements
Experience selling food products (ingredients, supplies, or beverages) to restaurants, hotels, or other HoReCa clients, distribution, wholesale, or food supplier background is exactly what we're looking for
You understand food pricing, margins, and how chefs make buying decisions, a chef can't confuse you on specs or costs
A proven track record of growing existing accounts, not just closing new ones
Comfortable managing multiple demanding relationships simultaneously without dropping the ball
Language skills: Native Hungarian, and good English skills any other European language is a plus
