Responsible for supporting Aquablation procedures in key hospitals across in-direct markets
Accountable for key Aquablation programmes to ensure continued growth in procedures and surgeons
Accountable for key local events and activities to ensure continued growth in procedures and patient awareness
Ensure the highest levels and standards are achieved for procedural and programme development
Proactively align internal stakeholders for required resource to achieve Quartey goals
Accountable for Quarterly procedure forecasts for key markets and hospitals
Support the training of external stakeholders on key messaging and materials
Support agreed training programs for existing distributors
Achieve set clinical and commercial goals and objectives on a quarterly basis
Present scientific data (written and verbal) to support PROCEPT BioRobotics’ educational strategy Engage and support the training of Healthcare Professionals (“HCPs”), existing and potential customers, and other clinical and non-clinical organizations and groups
Collaborate with other PROCEPT BioRobotics departments to execute an effective pprogramme growth
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and professional organizations
Work to ensure presentations are consistent with PROCEPT BioRobotics’ goals and objectives and in compliance with PROCEPT BioRobotics’ indications for use
Understand and apply market, industry, competitor, and health care compliance, legal, and regulatory knowledge
Understand the external marketplace including competitor offerings and strategy, changing stakeholders, and applying knowledge to shape Professional Education
Maintain in-depth clinical knowledge of the anatomy and physiology involved in urology
Present and teach at sales meetings as required
Support international exhibitions as required
Assist in developing new products and program launch materials
Thoroughly understand the PROCEPT BioRobotics Aquablation Systems
Establish relationships with hospital and office personnel where urological procedures are performed or influenced
Teach physicians and nursing personnel how to use our products to include one on one teaching during procedure utilizing our technology
Maintain current information on their customers within their territory
Consistently provide administrative requests from the home office such as sales documents, expense reports, training tracking reports, and other tracking requests on utilization and product usage
Contribute positively to the team through communication and sharing
Facilitate meetings and deliver relevant, impactful client presentations to senior management level to successfully place our full range of services as meaningful solutions to our clients
Contribute to the larger business by providing relevant client feedback and intelligence to the product development and marketing teams
Work proactively and positively with the wider team including Sales, Analysts, Client Services, Marketing and Consultancy, to coordinate and drive the full value of our solutions for our clients
Work closely with internal functions and teams, always ensuring a senior leadership and mentorship position
Assist Marketing/R&D with product development and market feedback
Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance
Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality and EHS policies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences discipline such as nursing, physician assistant, or pharmacy is strongly preferred; advanced degree also preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, M.A.Ed.)
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in the life sciences industry; such experience can include a combination of clinical (nursing, pharmacy, etc.), business, and/or clinical education
Must have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Must be a team player
Excellent attention to detail
Must have a strong clinical background and the ability to communicate scientific information and data to all levels of HCPs
Knowledge of regulations, guidelines, and codes
Significant experience developing curriculum and delivering science-based training
Must have fluency in either Spanish, Italian, French, Arabic or German
