Drive strategic growth: You develop and implement strategies for company growth, including beyond the current product portfolio.
Build customer and partner relationships: Proactively manage and expand existing customers and develop new relationships and networks nationally and internationally.
Responsibility for the proposal process: Prepare commercial proposals in close cooperation with engineering and sales management, and handle inquiries and contract negotiations.
Project support and collaboration: Coordinate with technical teams and other departments and work cross-functionally within the REEL group.
Market oversight: Conduct market monitoring, risk analyses and thorough market and competitor analyses to develop targeted, innovative growth strategies.
Intensive customer care: Focused and targeted interaction and maintenance of existing and new customer relationships.
Requirements
Completed degree in engineering, a technical field or industrial engineering, or a technical apprenticeship with several years of experience in business development and sales of complex industrial systems.
Professional experience in business development, ideally within the defense industry.
Knowledge of nuclear technology is a plus.
Solid knowledge of contract law and excellent negotiation skills.
Strategic and analytical thinking, as well as expertise in technical management.
Strong interpersonal skills, intercultural sensitivity and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
High degree of initiative, flexibility, creativity, resilience and teamwork.
Excellent German and English language skills and confident use of Microsoft Office products.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required.
