Strong track record as a credible partner to senior stakeholders
Experience in fintech or FAANG organisations
Ability to analyse and interpret data to identify trends and inform decisions
Experience analysing complex People and business challenges
Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of business strategy and the wider industry
Experience leading change and transformation programmes in complex environments
Capacity to build strong, trusting relationships across the bank
Proven track record in organisational design and strategic workforce planning
