Role Overview
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely monthly financial reports for Management and Board
- Lead the Management Accounts Group Consolidation process
- Manage cash flow forecasting to ensure optimal liquidity and financial stability
- Analyse and interrogate financial data for accuracy, insight, and accountability
- Oversee AP & AR management using premium SaaS tools
- Support and improve internal controls and financial processes
- Assist in building robust documentation and scalable financial frameworks
- Lead Transfer Pricing management activities in collaboration with external specialists
- Improve and automate existing financial processes
- Build new functionality and initiatives that create measurable business value
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy while supporting leadership decision-making
Requirements
- International accounting experience
- Few years of relevant work experience
- Prior B2B SaaS start-up experience preferred
- High degree of self-motivation and ownership mindset
- Early in your career and eager to build knowledge and experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Fluent English language skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven
