Role Overview
- Develop and manage the Global HR program calendar
- Partner with HR team and COEs to execute core HR programs and processes
- Collaborate with HR Head LATAM on the delivery of key HR initiatives
- Contribute to strategic workforce and talent planning
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in HR processes
- Facilitate interventions for organizational change and engagement initiatives
- Serve as a trusted HR resource
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in human resources or related work
- At least 2 years in an HR business partner role
- Program and/or Project Management experience
- Analytical skills to identify trends
- BS/BA degree is required; advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA)
