Understand the roles you’re filling by partnering closely with Hiring Managers and building relationships with Operational Leaders
Use the knowledge you gain to source candidates using a combination of social media, job boards, outreach, and other venues
Actively source passive candidates by conducting market research, developing professional relationships and referral networks
Manage job requisitions in applicant tracking system
Consult with the business on innovative ways to promote WFS in the communities where we hire
Partner with HR Managers and field Recruiting teams to coordinate job fairs and/or hiring events for high-volume needs
Schedule interviews and coordinate the moving parts of the hiring process for a remarkable candidate experience
Perform pre-employment verification and facilitate on-boarding of new hires
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience recruiting in warehouse, transportation, airline, logistics, call center or similar, high volume recruiting environments
Must be able to travel overnight when needed for in person hiring events (up to 20%)
Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language.
Bachelor's degree preferred
SAP Success Factors experience a plus
Ability to think critically and propose improvements
