Liaise directly with clients and various internal departments including marketing, web, technology, and finance to maintain high levels of service delivery.
Requirements
Client Relationships: Partner with clients to define event ticketing build requirements and timeframes, delivering accurate builds and providing timely insights.
Event Operations: Master the ticketing system to build and maintain events, while managing end-to-end ticketing operations on event days.
Event Day Delivery: Provide on-site testing and engagement throughout events, including managing Box Office staff, post-event reporting, operational feedback, and settlements.
Marketing Collaboration: Partner with internal and external leads to ensure promotional strategies are implemented and fulfilled seamlessly.
Business Development: Work with the State Manager to innovate and provide value-added solutions that increase ticket sales and build brand profile.
