Support the implementation and management of the data privacy program, ensuring adherence to the LGPD and other applicable regulations.
Monitor the company’s compliance with the LGPD and other applicable data privacy laws and regulations.
Assist in the creation, review and maintenance of documentation, reports and dashboards.
Receive and respond to data subject requests, such as requests for access, rectification, deletion/erasure, portability and objection to the processing of personal data.
Assist in the analysis and validation of contracts with clients and suppliers, ensuring compliance with the LGPD and internal privacy guidelines.
Assist in the assessment, execution and implementation of the supplier due diligence process, including analysis of questionnaires, documents and privacy controls.
Contribute to the issuance of opinions and recommendations related to the viability of contracting from the perspective of personal data protection.
Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies and an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences and outcomes.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Law, Business Administration, Project Management or related fields.
Experience in Data Privacy and LGPD projects.
Experience or exposure to contract analysis and validation from a privacy and data protection perspective.
Knowledge of supplier due diligence processes.
Knowledge of, or interest in, Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications and concepts.
