Drive IGA solutions backlog and roadmap management, ensuring focus on the highest-value initiatives
Bring clarity through strong documentation that supports both internal teams and customer-facing use cases
Support Professional Services and follow up on ongoing IGA projects to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes
Actively support Sales, Pre-Sales by shaping and designing winning solutions for new customer cases
Configure IGA solution in Pro platform and in Enterprise solutions, manage releases, and contribute to building product add-ons
Own end-to-end use case planning—from customer needs and requirements to launch and adoption
Requirements
A background in ITSM/ESM or IGA, with a strong interest in product and solution development
Solid technical skills in configuring Matrix42 Professional platform or building add-ons for Matrix42 Enterprise
Experience with IAM processes and real-world use cases, familiarity with directory services such as Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID are strong advantages
Experience delivering AI-based use cases or a strong interest in applying AI to products, processes, and customer solutions
A hands-on mindset, curiosity for how things work, and the ability to turn complex requirements into working solutions
Business fluency in English. Other languages will be much appreciated.
