Lead projects and mentor Project Coordinators.
Accountable for project results, artifacts (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, etc.), and governance.
Conduct project meetings and reviews.
Ensure project gates and deliverables are met.
Engage stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks throughout the project.
Analyze complex situations and make informed decisions with support.

5+ years of experience in project management
Strong project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
Demonstrated ability to estimate, allocate, and manage project budgets effectively
Proficiency in tools and software (e.g., Planisware, Jira, etc.)
Excellent communication skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams
