Mechanical Project Manager - Data Centers

Metric DCX is a leading mechanical contractor seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee delivery of mechanical systems on a large-scale data center project. The role involves managing all mechanical scopes, overseeing project schedules and budgets, and coordinating with various teams to ensure quality delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all mechanical scopes including HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
• Coordinate with GC, design, and owner teams to ensure quality delivery
• Review drawings and resolve technical or field issues
• Support commissioning and turnover processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
• 5+ years' experience managing mechanical systems on large commercial or mission-critical projects
• Strong understanding of data center mechanical systems (chilled water, CRAC/CRAH, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• PE or PMP
