Support the development and continuous improvement of group-wide compensation and benefits processes, policies and guidelines aligned with business objectives and market standards
Serve as a key point of contact for international HR teams on topics such as compensation, benefits, job architecture and related group policies
Contribute to the design, grading, maintenance and enhancement of the global job architecture
Assist in implementing and maintaining pay transparency principles and ensuring compliance across the organization
Participate in global compensation benchmarking and international salary surveys to support competitive reward structures
Analyze market trends and compensation data, prepare reports and communication materials and support regular reviews with data-driven recommendations
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Compensation & Benefits role
Proven ability to design and manage compensation processes and policies in line with organizational needs and legal requirements
Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data models, market benchmarking, and delivering data-driven insights to support HR strategy
Solid knowledge of legal regulations and compliance standards related to compensation and benefits in an international environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills and fluent in English.
