Prepare and process new business, renewal, and quote-related tasks
Coordinate information across multiple systems
Manage high-volume email queues
Perform document handling and quality checks
Serve as a key communication point for underwriters and agents
Support efficient underwriting operations by maintaining accurate documentation, resolving exceptions, and meeting service-level requirements
Monitor, import and complete all necessary actions on incoming emails from all boxes
Complete tasks including, but not limited to, Right Fax, Single 2, 3,4,6’s, Certificates, Regulatory Documents, and E&O Scanned
Maintain a strong customer service commitment by interacting with Profit Centers, Supervisory Staff, Home Office, co-workers and agents in support of efficient and effective work processes
Requirements
Associate's Degree preferred
2-4 years Insurance background preferred
