About this role

Set up, image, and deploy laptops and workstations for in-office and remote employees
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to keep teams productive
Support internal platforms and applications used across the business
Train and guide team members so they can get the most out of our tools
Support retail operations with a focus on POS systems and kiosks
Quickly resolve store-level tech issues to minimize downtime
Track and manage IT assets with accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain strong security practices and protect company data
Provide friendly, effective support to end-users
Document all work in our ITSM system (Jira) for visibility and tracking
Partner with IT and business teams to improve processes
Help build and maintain a knowledge base to empower users

1+ years of IT support experience or equivalent (Degree, A+, or hands-on experience)
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
Experience with Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365
Knowledge of networking basics (VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
Familiarity with POS systems and retail tech environments
Experience with ticketing systems like Jira
