Promotion of the Bioprocess Solutions portfolio within the GCC region, covering key accounts and product ranges to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets
Identification of new business opportunities aligned with regional market dynamics and the organization’s broader growth strategy
Ownership of structured SFDC (Salesforce) usage by managing opportunities, maintaining customer interactions and ensuring data accuracy across all touchpoints
Analysis of SFDC data to identify customer trends, drive insights and monitor sales performance across assigned accounts
Launch and market introduction of innovative BPS products, complemented by consistent follow-up to ensure successful implementation
Assessment of customer needs and development of leads, complemented by tailored solution recommendations
Responsibility for developing and executing account plans while coordinating all internal stakeholders according to the strategy
Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Tech Support, Service and other teams to strengthen market perception and define compelling win strategies
Participation in regional marketing activities to support lead generation and enhance brand visibility
Systematic evaluation of customer potential and conversion into long-term business opportunities
Development and nurturing of long-term customer relationships to enable strategic partnerships
Operation within a matrix organization, ensuring seamless alignment and communication across functions
Requirements
Master’s degree in Process Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry or a related Life Science/Engineering field; PhD welcome
Strong understanding of the GCC markets (UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia) and their Life Science / Biotech / Pharma landscape
Several years of field sales experience in Life Science, Pharma, Biotech or Biotech Manufacturing
Experience working with distributors in B2B and B2C setups considered an asset
Hands-on expertise with SFDC and CRM systems, paired with strong digital working skills
Fluency in English and Arabic
