Serve as the lead mechanical engineer for power‑generation and combined‑cycle projects, providing technical direction and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop, review, and optimize mechanical system designs
Perform engineering analyses, troubleshooting, and root‑cause evaluations
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams—including operations, electrical/I&C engineering, project management, and external partners—to ensure successful project execution.
Prepare and review engineering specifications, technical reports, and equipment evaluations
Attends and at times leads internal and external client meetings, conference calls and client site visits.
Support Business Development by providing technical information for sales proposals, or by pursuing other related activities as assigned by department managers.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited program
Registration as Professional Engineer (P.E.)
Minimum 4 years of relates work and project experience within the Power Generation sector
Overseeing technical aspects of projects and providing guidance and mentorship to project resources
Experience delivering 3-5 multifaceted construction projects simultaneously.
