As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d), you will be part of the nationwide recruiting team in Germany and support our managers in attracting the best talent for Eurofins Umwelt.
After conducting the requirements analysis with the respective departments, you will manage the full job posting process, including handling incoming applications.
If key information or documents are missing, you will follow up with candidates and conduct initial interviews.
After pre-selection, you will coordinate the further application process and serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for both our managers and candidates.
Together with the recruiting team, you will work on various projects, including employer branding and candidate experience initiatives, to elevate the application process and also engage in social media recruiting.
Requirements
You have successfully completed your degree or vocational training, or you hold a comparable qualification.
You are passionate about recruiting and have already gained experience in talent acquisition.
You are a team player with strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
You are empathetic, have a good understanding of people, and enjoy taking on challenges.
Excellent English skills and occasional willingness to travel (< once per quarter) complete your profile.
