Role Overview
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT
- Provide technical expertise on system architecture, infrastructure, and integrations
- Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements
- Lead analysis activities and mentor analysts
- Guide the launch of new systems and processes
- Deliver analysis documentation
Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience (preferably in Insurance)
- Project management experience
- Business analysis and improvement experience
- Experience in a tech service environment
- Intermediate knowledge in Software Development Lifecycle and Agile Methodology
- Claims experience in Insurance will be considered an added advantage
- Supervisory experience, mentoring, coaching, and developing team members
