About this role
Role Overview
Own the post-sale relationship for a defined portfolio of customers
Develop and execute tailored success plans aligned to each customer’s objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships across business and technical stakeholders
Lead strategic business reviews to demonstrate value and track performance
Drive product adoption by identifying gaps and aligning solutions
Proactively monitor customer health and usage trends
Partner closely with Sales on account planning and renewals
Serve as the voice of the customer internally and collaborate with Product
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant work experience
10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting
Proven experience managing a portfolio of accounts
Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
Experience conducting business reviews and presenting to leadership
Strong analytical skills with customer usage data and performance metrics
Knowledge of digital marketing or customer journey solutions is a plus
Flexibility to travel (approximately 10%)
