About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned NICU and PICU health-system relationships
Drive adoption and growth of NICU WGS/WES and related genomic testing programs
Partner with RAEs to map stakeholders and support enterprise-to-site pull-through
Support onboarding, implementation, workflow integration, and educational initiatives
Manage inbound escalations and coordinate resolution with internal teams
Monitor ordering patterns, utilization trends, and provider feedback
Identify and advance expansion opportunities within major health systems
Support strategic initiatives and pilot programs
Maintain accurate account documentation and action plans
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
5+ years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or health-system account management
Experience working with hospital systems and NICU/PICU environments including robust understanding of health system operations and governance
Strong understanding of clinical adoption workflows and operational implementation
Proven ability to manage complex relationships and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
