About this role
Role Overview
Independently analyze tender documents and identify relevant requirements
Responsible for the timely preparation of competitive, high-quality proposals across all domains
Close collaboration and coordination with company-wide interfaces and specialist departments
Develop bid strategies in coordination with the Senior Business Intelligence Manager
Support technical questions in close coordination with the responsible technical domains
Coordinate contractual issues with the legal department
Maintain and manage sales-relevant data to ensure a smooth information flow
Support bid and contract negotiations and document the outcomes
Post-submission follow-up, including optimizations and corrections for continuous improvement
Requirements
Degree in economics, business law, or a related field
Relevant professional experience in bid management, ideally in an international environment
Experience with VSVgV, pricing law (Preisrecht) and the GWB (German Competition Act)
Familiarity with the processes and challenges of the security and defense industry; knowledge of the market environment is an advantage
Independent, structured and diligent working style with the ability to organize tasks efficiently
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel
