Manage multi-discipline project delivery for municipal water/wastewater projects.
Work on engineering designs preparing reports, construction plans, specifications, calculations, equipment selection, and cost estimates.
Work with project leadership and design discipline leads to develop project scopes, schedules, pricing, teams, and execution plans.
Actively direct multi-discipline design project resources and interface with clients.
Convene, lead, and document multi-disciplinary design coordination meetings.
Assume responsibility for meeting budget and profitability goals for assigned projects.
Play an active role in the maintenance of existing clients and the development of new client relationships.
Make decisions and solve problems.
Participate in improving company resources and tools to improve design production and efficiency.
Prepare and make presentations to clients for project technical meetings.

B.S. degree in related engineering field of Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
Minimum of 12 years of progressively increasing responsibility in related experience.
Professionally registered (Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical) engineer required; license must be current and in good standing.
Demonstrated strong project management skills.
Ability to focus on client needs while balancing multiple, changing priorities.
Strong technical writing skills.
Successful marketing, proposal writing, and public presentations experience.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead geographically diverse project teams in a virtual and hybrid work environment.
Experience with multi-discipline project delivery using building information modeling (BIM).
