About this role
Role Overview
Telephone outreach: You contact potential customers by phone using a clear conversation script.
Appointment management: You coordinate and schedule consultation appointments in a structured and reliable way.
Preparation and follow-up: You prepare customer appointments using checklists and document the results accurately.
Team support: You assist the advisors in their daily work — e.g., with preparation, documentation, and follow-up.
Data maintenance: You keep customer information in the system up to date and complete.
Event support: You occasionally accompany customer events or workshops and take on defined responsibilities there.
Requirements
You work in a disciplined, organized, and careful manner.
You feel comfortable with clear structures and defined routines.
You make phone calls in a friendly, calm, and reliable manner.
You follow clear instructions reliably and document conscientiously.
Experience in customer contact, administration, or organization is a plus but not required.
