Role Overview
- Promptly respond to user inquiries by referencing knowledge base resources
- Continuously update and improve the knowledge base
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective solutions for customer issues
- Lead ticket resolution process through organization
Requirements
- Ability to quickly grasp the details of an evolving product
- Strong empathy and excellent communication skills when engaging with customers
- Proactive, results-driven mindset
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken (including the ability to handle calls when necessary)
- Basic familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) and ability to learn other technical tools
