Own and evolve reporting frameworks that measure performance across digital (paid search, display, social) and email campaigns, delivering actionable insights on conversion, ROI, and funnel behavior
Design and maintain dashboards for both standardized and ad hoc reporting
Translate data into compelling stories and strategic recommendations to support business decisions
Leverage tools such as Domo, Google Analytics, and internal tracking platforms to analyze marketing touchpoints and customer journey behaviors
Develop and apply multi-touch and next-stage attribution methodologies to evaluate incremental lift and optimize channel performance
Partner with the Data Engineering team to research, recommend, and implement scalable analytic solutions that support evolving business needs
Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure reporting outputs are aligned with strategic objectives
Contribute to the advancement of digital tools, data visualization practices, and analytical storytelling across the organization
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Business, or related course of study required or equivalent work experience
Related Master’s Degree a plus
3+ years experience in digital marketing insights and reporting; 2+ years relevant experience building automated marketing reports
Highly skilled at SQL
experience using Domo, Google Cloud Platform, RedShift a plus
experience cleansing and enriching datasets
understanding of cloud-based information systems
excellent quality assurance and reporting skills
experience in storytelling and linking digital performance to business outcome
understanding of marketing technology (Martech) landscape a plus
Excellent communications skills – must be able to explain complex technology solutions in ways that are understandable and actionable to internal and external stakeholders at the Sr. Manager level
Detailed oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills with the ability to independently prioritize work
Translate business requirements and formulate practical reporting solutions that are efficient and effective
