Strategic Data Initiative Lead – Enterprise Data Solutions, Operations

Role Overview

• Orchestrate and execute the company’s transformation initiatives
• Guide cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Establish and manage robust program governance
• Directly manage program-level budgets and resource allocation
• Develop compelling strategic narratives for transformation initiatives
• Create high-impact presentation materials for C-suite and senior leadership
• Build relationships with stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in program management
• Proven experience leading large-scale programs in a complex and regulated industry
• Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Mastery of leading through influence in a highly matrixed organization
• Preferred: Direct experience with Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, and Dental Insurance
• Preferred: MBA or other advanced degree
