Requirements
1+ years in recruiting: full-cycle recruitment experience (or Talent Researcher ready to transition to full-cycle)
Diverse hiring track record: successfully closed both technical and non-technical positions at various levels
Data fluency: experience with data-driven approaches and solid understanding of recruitment metrics
Sourcing creativity: proficiency in diverse sourcing methods and tools to find and engage candidates
Strong communication: clear, proactive, and empathetic in all interactions
Growth mindset: embrace challenges as learning opportunities and tackle complexity with curiosity
