About this role
Role Overview
You will drive zepta's expansion.
You will be the first point of contact for potential new customers.
You will plan, lead and oversee technical customer implementations.
You will conduct onboarding appointments across Germany on-site at customer locations.
You will motivate customers to actively participate and ensure they make progress.
You will develop long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
Highly self-directed; no micromanagement required.
Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Willingness to travel and ability to plan travel independently.
Experience in sales, business development, onboarding and technical implementations, ideally in a B2B SaaS or IoT context.
Ability to structure complex technical content in an understandable way.
Fluent in German and conversational in English.
