You maintain structured and reliable communication with your partners — including regular check-ins, personal visits, and follow-ups on ongoing offers and projects.
You independently develop new sales channels and partnerships, contributing to the continuous expansion of our network.
You implement jointly agreed commercial and marketing measures, e.g., product trainings, in-store campaigns, as well as events and trade shows.
You respond quickly, solution-oriented, and reliably to inquiries, operational matters, and challenges from our partners, thereby creating real added value for our retailers.
You collect relevant market feedback and share it internally to continuously improve products, processes, and communication.
You actively pursue sales opportunities within your accounts and work purposefully toward individual and team revenue targets.
You keep our systems (e.g., CRM) up to date at all times to ensure transparency and close collaboration with other teams.
You build long-term partnerships characterized by ownership, professionalism, and a clear service mindset.
Requirements
Experience in partnership management, key account management, or B2B sales, ideally in office furniture retail or on the manufacturer side
A structured, reliable way of working and strong communication skills
A hands-on mentality and enjoyment in actively executing initiatives rather than only planning them
Solution-oriented thinking and a high degree of personal responsibility
Process thinking & continuous improvement: a structured, improvement-focused working approach and an interest in understanding, further developing, and optimizing operational processes together with the Operational Excellence team
Confident use of CRM systems and internal tools
Good English skills; German at native-speaker level.
