About this role
Role Overview
Manage a portfolio of mid-market professional services and compliance clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Own renewal cycles and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your book of business.
Conduct regular business reviews to surface evolving workflow and compliance challenges, aligning our SaaS solutions to clients' changing needs.
Maintain and deepen relationships across stakeholder layers including Managing Partners, IT/Security leads, and Finance Directors.
Maintain accurate account records and renewal forecasts in CRM using a structured methodology (e.g., MEDDICC).
Requirements
3–7+ years in B2B SaaS with 2+ years specifically in account management, customer success, or renewal-focused roles.
Experience selling into or managing accounts within financial services, professional services, or regulated industries.
A track record of hitting net revenue retention (NRR) targets through expansion and renewal — not just satisfaction scores.
Comfortable managing complex organisations and aligning multiple decision-makers to outcomes.
Disciplined CRM habits and a structured approach to account planning and forecasting.
