Role Overview
- Responsible for consistently exceeding agreed upon new business production and direct written premium goals
- Effectively managing the agents of an assigned market to increase company market share
- Collaborates with Product, Pricing, Operations to perform stakeholder analysis
- Develops and maintains the assigned market’s new agency appointment pipeline
- Key company liaison within assigned market to both independent agencies and industry associations
- Collaborates with Independent Agents to assist with creation of agency-specific business plans
- Consults with Independent Agents to gather market intel
Requirements
- 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
- 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
