Retaining clients and managing existing book of business
Overseeing strategy, financial analysis, benefit design, plan renewals, benchmarking, and overall service delivery
Communicating OneDigital’s value proposition and latest industry trends to active clients
Developing sophisticated benefit design and renewal strategies
Driving the development of solutions to address complex client issues
Working closely with account management and client service teams on pre-renewal strategy, RFP distribution, renewal analysis, open enrollment strategy and post renewal review
Determining the full scope of services to be provided to client
Maintaining accountability for revenue and profitability for client accounts and projects
Requirements
7+ years of benefits consulting experience, required
Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
Must be up to date and knowledgeable on Health Care Reform, health and ancillary insurance products, and general employee benefits market solutions
Must have a practical knowledge of quoting process and tools
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and familiar with database applications
Valid life and health insurance license, required
