Plan and manage creative live experiences for national and international clients
Lead the implementation of creative event concepts
Build and expand client relationships; act as lead advisor
Coordinate and manage all service providers involved in events
Prepare cost estimates for new proposals, monitor budgets and invoicing
Continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats

Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
At least 5 years' professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting and leading small teams
Confident communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
Proficient in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team-oriented, structured working style, strong consulting, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and business/financial acumen
Willingness to travel (approx. 15% of role)
