AI Architect, DSIADI

Role Overview

• As an AI Architect, you design innovative strategies for the deployment and integration of AI applications and are responsible for selecting appropriate technologies to efficiently achieve business objectives.
• You take responsibility for ensuring the scalability, security, and efficiency of the AI architecture.
• As an AI champion, you are responsible for integrating AI solutions into existing IT systems and business processes.
• You produce structured, audience-specific documentation and reports on the architecture and implementation of our AI solutions within demanding regulatory frameworks.
• As a pioneer, you evaluate new AI technologies and their possible applications.
• You act as a sparring partner for our teams, supporting them with strategic foresight to develop the best possible products.

Requirements

• You hold a degree in (business) computer science, mathematics, physics or a comparable qualification, and you have many years of professional experience.
• You enjoy combining technical expertise with strategic thinking to develop innovative and effective AI solutions and successfully embed them in the organization.
• You understand IT security holistically and have experience systematically assessing and mitigating risks—both in traditional application development and in new AI-based applications.
• You have software development experience with Python and Java and apply proven design patterns to design high-performance, scalable AI systems in cloud environments as well as on-premise.
• Strong communication skills and business-fluent German (C1) and solid English (B2) characterize you; you are adept at mediating between different stakeholders. You can also provide lateral leadership to colleagues when required.
• You work independently, take responsibility, and are team-oriented; you apply this approach within projects and across other service and business areas.
