Develop relationships and negotiate with hotels across all brands (Decolar/Despegar, HotelDO, Viajes Falabella, BestDay and ViajaNet) and the group's business lines (B2B, B2C).
Analyze partner performance metrics to identify commercial opportunities and prioritize actions within the portfolio.
Assess and define a contact/visit plan for partners in the portfolio, customizing strategy and negotiation points for each partner.
Prepare presentations, reports and analyses that present the results of each action to partners.
Understand reports and provide weekly monitoring of KPIs, spreadsheets and presentations.
Align and validate action plans with your manager (Market Manager).
Follow up on contacts/visits and actions to be taken.
Route and manage requests received to the company's relevant international teams.
Act as Decolar's representative in your assigned destinations, developing relationships with the local tourism trade to identify and develop opportunities in those locations.
Requirements
Experience in the travel industry (hotels, inbound/receptive services, tour operators, OTAs, and others).
Experience with complex and strategic negotiations.
Strong technical and analytical skills.
