Requirements
4+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the gaming, tech, or entertainment industries, working with a wide product offering where you constantly need to come up with tailored solutions that benefit both sides.
A demonstrable and quantified history of successfully managing a complex commercial pipeline, leading high-value contract negotiations and expediting deal closure.
A talent for negotiation and a track record of structuring commercial terms that create a win-win for everyone involved.
Analytical mindset and past experience of conducting detailed market analysis, identifying and strategically evaluating potential opportunities against the product and brand roadmaps.
Proven project management skills that allow you to balance multiple commercial projects at once without losing your momentum in a fast-paced global environment.
Excellent communication style in English, with the ability to present ideas persuasively to both internal teams and external C-level stakeholders.
