Face the customers jointly with the Senior Sales Manager throughout the entire sales process
Support relevant subject matter experts in the negotiations of all aspects related to construction, technical, HSE and QA in the Turbine Supply Agreement
Direct the technical part of the bidding process to ensure an attractive but risk balanced offer
Facilitate the negotiations of all aspects related to construction, technical, HSE and QA
Work closely with Technology, Construction, Service Sales, HSE and Quality
Respond to construction, technical, HSE and QA issues
Review and provide input to cost and contingency estimates for offerings
Align customer requirements, risk assessment and mitigation with internal stakeholders
Secure compliance with internal processes, mandates and guidelines
Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration
At least eight years of professional and project management experience
Solid level of technical understanding and commercial business insight
Understanding of the technical complexities of offshore wind projects
Experience in negotiations of large complex projects
Experience with Yellow FIDIC Book
Fluency in English
Business level understanding of Korean
