5+ years of content strategy or editorial experience, preferably in a digital-first environment.
Strong editorial judgment, storytelling skills, and attention to detail.
Expertise in SEO, content performance metrics, and user-centered content design.
Experience with content management systems (CMS), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and project management platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
Near expert level skills with Excel, Airtable, and Google Sheets.
