About this role
Role Overview
Own the UK partnership roadmap, aligning with our Global Team in Sydney
Identify and segment Tier 1 & 2 retailers and lead the end-to-end sales cycle
Act as the primary lead for existing partners and look for ways to deepen integration
Work with our Social Media and Marketing teams to create high-impact co-branded content and campaigns
Serve as the 'voice of the partner' internally and ensure our partnership tech stack is seamless and effective
Deliver clear insights on program performance, ROI, and growth trends directly to the UK General Manager
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Account Management (ideally within tech or marketplaces)
Proven track record of navigating complex organisations and pitching to C-suite or Head-of-Level stakeholders
Understand a retailer's pain points (returns, customer satisfaction, delivery friction)
Happy to collaborate in person 2-3 days a week at our Waterloo hub
