Acquire and prospect clients through received leads and other internal company channels, site visits (construction sites), trade shows, and phone calls.
Maintain regular contact with the internal sales team for building installations, manage client relationships, ensure customer retention and provide after-sales support.
Prepare commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs: estimates and order closing.
Keep records of client inquiries for future contacts and negotiations (customer registrations, builder profiles, and mailings kept up to date).
Monitor the market regarding pricing practices, negotiations, and competitors.
Monitor the order book and regional billing to ensure targets are met.
Report to the finance department: submit expense reports in accordance with company procedures and provide a monthly travel schedule in advance.
Prepare monthly performance reports for your region.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields;
Proven experience in the construction industry required;
Experience in prospecting and managing a client portfolio;
Strong communication: ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing;
Resilience: ability to handle rejection and challenges while maintaining motivation and focus on targets;
