About this role
Role Overview
Ensure the best possible experience for clients, from onboarding through daily adoption, providing proactive guidance for optimal use of the platform
Conduct onboarding, routine follow-ups, and communication with our new clients
Assist the product team in the continuous improvement of the platform by gathering client feedback and identifying ways to increase engagement and delivered value
Monitor KPIs and work to prevent churn within the client portfolio
Find more efficient ways to unblock clients’ implementation journeys by using technology, automation, and AI to accelerate adoption and reduce friction during deployment.
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Previous experience in customer experience operations, preferably at technology or SaaS companies (a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Investigative and curious mindset for solving problems
Interest in and familiarity with AI and automation tools, using them daily to boost productivity and improve processes
Empathy to understand and guide clients
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
