Role Overview
- Planning, implementation & optimization of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Conceptualization & management of Google Ads
- Building & optimizing lead funnels
- Campaigns for: employee recruitment (recruiting) and customer acquisition (leads)
- Target audience analysis & offer positioning
- KPI tracking & reporting (CPL, CPA, conversion rates)
- Close collaboration with the content team (Reels, TikTok, creatives)
- Building scalable campaign structures (agency setup)
Requirements
- Several years of experience in performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Manager
- Experience with Google Ads
- Funnel & conversion-oriented mindset
- Numerical affinity & results-driven
- Structured, independent way of working
- Experience in recruiting marketing (nice to have)
- Agency or scaling experience (nice to have)
- CRM & funnel tools (nice to have)
