Lead, coach, and develop a team of BAs and BPAs to deliver high-impact strategic initiatives
Ensure clear role definitions and foster strong collaboration between BA and BPA roles
Partner closely with peer leaders to maintain consistent and cohesive ways of working across teams and regions globally
Manage staffing and resource allocation to align team skills with project needs while supporting individual development
Translate complex strategic programs and initiatives into clear execution plans for the team
Identify and remove roadblocks for the team; escalate issues when necessary to drive timely leadership decisions
Partner closely with Change Management to deliver role and process change artifacts that support organizational adoption
Collaborate with Product Managers in Growth Experience Technology (GET) to ensure thorough discovery, use case definition, requirements development, and testing
Coach BPAs on current/future state process mapping, ensuring adherence to BPMN standards and the Process Classification Framework
Work closely with Program Managers to ensure proper sequencing of work, clear stakeholder engagement, and effective program execution
Establish and track success metrics to measure team effectiveness and program outcomes
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, accountability, and curiosity within the team
Requirements
Proven experience (3+ years) managing a remote or distributed cross-functional team
Experience managing or working closely with business process roles such as Business Analysts, Business Process Analysts, Business Process Managers, or Business Systems Analysts
Familiarity with industry frameworks and methodologies such as BPMN, process mapping, value stream mapping, Lean Six Sigma, and process classification frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience guiding teams through ambiguity and driving alignment across stakeholders.
