Build and maintain active relationships with accelerators, investment funds, innovation hubs, and startup communities.
Assess strategic fit, technological maturity, and startups' business models.
Structure clear, concise partnership proposals that highlight mutual benefits.
Lead agile negotiations tailored to the pace of startups.
Manage the partnerships pipeline.
Monitor technology and innovation trends (AI, SaaS, fintech, healthtech, edtech, etc.) to anticipate opportunities.
Support pilots and proofs of concept, ensuring alignment between the startup and internal teams.
Produce reports and KPIs on partnership performance.
Requirements
Previous experience in partnerships, B2B sales, or business development.
Knowledge of the startup ecosystem and innovation hubs.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate business models and traction.
Communication and negotiation skills with diverse profiles (entrepreneurs, investors, executives).
Intermediate to advanced English (to follow global trends and communicate with international startups).
Genuine interest in technology and innovation.
Established network within startup communities.
Experience working in a startup (as a founder, investor, or employee).
Basic technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, and SaaS.
Active participation in technology and entrepreneurship events.
