Role Overview
- Provide initial and timely responses to all support cases for various topics
- Triage support cases directing users to previous answers, documentation, or escalation
- Monitor multiple feedback channels like Github Issues & Discussions
- Identify internal tooling improvements to enhance support efficiency
- Reproduce issues, create test cases and improve test coverage (if applicable)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer support
- Proficient in SQL (ideally PostgreSQL)
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Skilled in using Linux/Unix operating systems and the command line
- Experienced working with GitHub Issues and Discussions
- Familiar with popular JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, and Svelte (bonus)
- Degree in Computer Science (plus)
