About this role
Role Overview
Provide initial and timely responses to all support cases for various topics
Triage support cases directing users to previous answers, documentation, or escalation
Monitor multiple feedback channels like Github Issues & Discussions
Identify internal tooling improvements to enhance support efficiency
Reproduce issues, create test cases and improve test coverage (if applicable)
Requirements
3+ years of experience in customer support
Proficient in SQL (ideally PostgreSQL)
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
Skilled in using Linux/Unix operating systems and the command line
Experienced working with GitHub Issues and Discussions
Familiar with popular JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, and Svelte (bonus)
Degree in Computer Science (plus)
