Independently analyze tender documents and identify relevant requirements
Responsible for the timely preparation of competitive, high-quality bids across all domains
Close collaboration and coordination with company-wide interfaces and specialist departments
Develop bid strategies in coordination with the Senior Business Intelligence Manager
Support technical queries in close coordination with the responsible technical domains
Coordinate contractual matters with the Legal department
Maintain and manage sales-relevant data to ensure a smooth flow of information
Support bid and contract negotiations and document the outcomes
Follow up on bids, including implementing optimizations and corrections to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Business Law, or a comparable field
Relevant professional experience in bid management, ideally in an international environment
Experience working with VSVgV, pricing law and the GWB
Familiarity with the processes and challenges of the security and defense industry, as well as knowledge of the market environment, is an advantage
Independent, structured and careful working style and the ability to organize tasks efficiently
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Willingness to travel
