Role Overview
- Become a deep product expert on Cintra's HR platform
- Manage and resolve client support tickets with speed and professionalism
- Deliver onboarding and training that sets clients up for success
- Be the trusted day-to-day contact clients rely on
- Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve the product and service
- Collaborate with HR Consultants and wider teams for a seamless client experience
Requirements
- Experience in a client-facing SaaS Experience in customer support, HR advisory, or a SaaS environment
- Genuine interest in HR technology and how systems support HR processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you make the complex feel simple
- Strong ownership mentality — you see problems through to resolution
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads without dropping the ball
- CIPD qualification or HR-related degree, desirable
