Manage pre-sales and sales activities and implement clear goals, KPIs, and standards
Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and development plans
Coordinate funnel, forecasting, KPI tracking, and analysis of opportunities
Work closely with marketing, partner management, and other teams
Responsible for projects such as rolling out new tools and improving playbooks
Requirements
Completed degree (Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or similar) or equivalent sales/management training
Extensive experience in sales (B2B/B2C) and proven success in building and leading sales teams (min. 2–3 years of leadership experience, ideally leading teams of >5 people)
Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office, and digital tools
Experience in data-driven sales and marketing is an advantage
